What if I need Different care?
Our Professional plan isn’t our only plan! We also have the Basic and eCommerce plans. Anyone who has eCommerce on their website should most definitely choose the eCommerce plan as maintaining an eCommerce store is integral to you earning money! If you have an eCommerce store but choose a lower plan, we will not maintain the eCommerce aspect of your website and if anything goes wrong you’ll be charged ad-hoc work hours. It’s much safer, cheaper and easier to sign up to the right plan to begin with!

Uptime monitoring proactively monitors your website server to ensure the site is live. It’s an alert security system for your website. If our monitoring system notices that your website is down, our team is instantaneously notified, allowing us to resolve the problem.

The Firewall protects against a number of common web-based attacks as well as a large amount of attacks specifically targeted at WordPress. It is set up to run at the beginning of WordPress’ initialization to filter any attacks before plugins or themes can run any potentially vulnerable code.

- IP Blacklist Alert
A bank of data is used to automatically generate a list of IP-addresses that are currently involved in bad behaviour. The IP Blacklist prevents known attackers from accessing your site. All this happens automatically, without you having to take any action.
- Website Edits
Our care plans feature the ability for you to request small changes to your website. These changes include edits to copy, headlines, images, layouts of individual pages and more. It means you don’t need to fiddle with your website to keep your customers up to date.
- Ad-Hoc Work
If you need additional changes on your website that fall outside the scope of the free edits you get with the Professional package, you’ll receive priority on our ad-hoc waiting list for work! This includes new pages, redesign, building membership areas and more (whatever you need!).

Login Security provides you extra ways to make sure that anyone who has a login for your website has to prove their identity. One way we do this is providing each user with a set of Recovery Codes that they implement into the website when told to do so. These are unique to each user.
