JWHost provides managed website hosting services for customers who want to host their websites on our platform. By using our hosting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service

We will provide you with the hosting service described in the package that you have chosen. Our hosting service includes server space, bandwidth, and support. We reserve the right to modify the service at any time, but we will notify you in advance of any changes that may affect you. Fees and Payment

Our hosting packages start from £9.99 per month but we might recommend increasing your service if the website requires more resources than our standard shared hosting can provide.

You agree to pay us the monthly fee for the hosting package that you have chosen. Payment is due on the first day of each month, and we will automatically charge your chosen payment method stored on your JWHost account. If you fail to pay, we reserve the right to retry the payment, or suspend or terminate your account.

Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your website. We do not monitor or review the content of your website, but we reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or that violates our acceptable use policy. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to copyright, trademark, and privacy.

Data Backup and Storage

We will make regular backups of your website data and store it on our servers. However, we do not guarantee that your data will be available or retrievable in the event of a server failure or other catastrophic event. We recommend that you take out a website care plan in which we increase the number of backups we keep with greater frequency and also keep inside of Amazon S3 Buckets for secure backups. 

Support

We provide support to our customers via email, live chat or within an organised WhatsApp group.  We will do our best to respond to your inquiries and resolve any issues that you may encounter. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to resolve all issues, and we do not provide support for issues related to your website content or software. We further can’t guarantee that support will be available outside of JWHost work hours between 9am – 5pm GMT. 

Termination of contract

You may terminate your hosting account at any time by contacting us and we will ensure your package is terminated with an effective 30 days’ notice. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate our terms and conditions or our acceptable use policy. 

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our hosting service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our hosting service after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
